Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:

We have an official 14-day return policy on orders. That means that you have 14 days from delivery to return your piece if you decide it's not the one for you. It just needs to be in its original condition and have all the bits and pieces with it.

Have an issue or ready to start a return? Email info@arteyechoke.com and we'll work with you to either make it right or ship it back. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first—we won't be able to process unrequested returns.

 

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Check your order when it arrives. If something's damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, reach out right away at info@arteyechoke.com. We'll make it right.

 

What We Can't Accept Back:

Since each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we can't accept returns on custom or personalized orders. Certain sale items and gift cards are final sale as well. Questions about a specific piece? Just ask. We stand behind our work and want to make sure it's something you love.

 

Refunds:

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@arteyechoke.com.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period:

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
